1. Who and what this is

pharaohonsol.com (the "Site") is an information page maintained by an individual operating under the name Pharaoh (the "Operator"). It displays publicly available blockchain data about tokens created by one Solana wallet on the third-party platform pump.fun. The Site is not a company, fund, exchange, broker, wallet, or launchpad. It does not sell tokens, hold funds, take deposits, or connect to your wallet.

2. Not an offer, not advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token or other asset. Information is provided for general informational purposes only. You alone decide whether to participate in anything, and you should consult qualified professionals before doing so.

3. Tokens are not investments and carry no rights

Tokens created by the wallet shown on the Site are meme coins. They have no intrinsic value and confer no ownership, equity, dividend, revenue share, voting, governance, redemption, or any other right against the Operator or anyone else. They are not securities, commodities contracts, or financial instruments, are not backed by any asset, and are not issued with any promise of effort, development, marketing, listing, buyback, or support. The Operator may stop launching, stop posting, or abandon any token at any time without notice.

4. Statements about the Operator's own conduct

Statements on the Site or on the Operator's social accounts about how launches are conducted (such as announcing on X first, not selling, or abandoning sniped launches) describe intent and past behavior as recorded on the blockchain. They are not contractual commitments, guarantees, or representations about the future. The blockchain record is the only authoritative record of what the wallet has done. The Operator may change these practices at any time.

5. Risk acknowledgment

You acknowledge and accept that digital assets, and meme coins in particular, are subject to extreme price volatility, total loss of value, illiquidity, smart-contract and platform failures, exploits, front-running and sniping by automated bots, regulatory action, and loss of access. Most meme coins lose most or all of their value. You should never spend money you cannot afford to lose entirely, and never borrow to participate.

6. No warranties

The Site and all data on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Market caps, holdings, transaction labels, risk scores, holder counts, and similar figures come from third-party services and public RPC endpoints and may be delayed, cached, incomplete, mislabeled, or wrong. Figures marked approximate are estimates. Verify anything that matters to you directly on a blockchain explorer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, tokens, funds, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Site, its content, any token, any linked site or service, or your reliance on any of them, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows, and in any event to one hundred US dollars.

8. No reliance and your own responsibility

You agree that you have not relied on any statement on the Site or by the Operator in deciding to buy, hold, or sell anything. You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, transactions, wallet security, private keys, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your participation in any token, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Third-party platforms and links

pump.fun, Solana, X, Telegram, explorers, charting sites, RPC providers, and risk-scoring services are independent third parties. The Operator does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, rules, security, or conduct. The Operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. Links are provided for convenience only.

11. Eligibility and prohibited jurisdictions

The Site is not directed at, and nothing on it is an offer to, any person in a jurisdiction where accessing it or acquiring the tokens it describes would be unlawful, restricted, or require registration. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned territory, do not use the Site. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws and tax obligations that apply to you.

12. Impersonation and scams

Only tokens created by the wallet address shown on the home page are associated with the Operator. Tokens using the Pharaoh name from any other wallet are not. The Operator and anyone acting for the Operator will never message you first, ask for funds, offer to "recover" funds, or ask for a seed phrase or private key. Any such contact is fraud. The Operator is not responsible for losses caused by impersonators.

13. Forward-looking statements

Any statement about plans, future launches, streams, features, or outcomes is a forward-looking statement that reflects current intent only, may never happen, and should not be relied on.

14. Intellectual property

The Site's original text, design, and code are made available under the license stated in the public source repository. Third-party names, marks, and images belong to their owners. The image of the Tutankhamun funerary mask depicts an ancient artifact; photographic rights belong to the photographer.

15. Privacy

The Site has no accounts and does not ask you to connect a wallet. It stores only a theme preference in your own browser. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and operation. Third-party sites you visit through links have their own privacy practices.

16. Changes and termination

The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it, and may revise these terms, at any time without notice. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

17. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with the Operator will be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding, and that any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it or be permanently barred. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site and replace any prior understanding.
